On April 29, 2025, ICE reported that it has had 100 days of record-breaking immigration enforcement. ICE Homeland Security Investigations have been zeroing in on worksite enforcement operations. Since January 2025, ICE has fined nearly $1 million in employer fines and has targeted specific industries – construction, healthcare, restaurants, agriculture, hospitality, and manufacturing.
