AHLA is hosting a webinar on June 5 at 3:00 pm EST with AHLA Allied+ member Littler Mendelson on the Department of Labor’s final overtime rule and its impact on the hotel industry. 

The final rule will increase the salary threshold to $43,888 on July 1 and again to $58,656 on Jan. 1, 2025. The rule will also implement automatic increases every three years beginning in 2027. This rule will significantly impact hoteliers, particularly those who own smaller properties in more rural areas.
