In April 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 50.3%, 14.9% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 65.2%, and 2.2% higher than the state's occupancy rate in April 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 61.9%. Following Bloomington was Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 60.1%

In April 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $59.92, $5.11 higher than April 2023's RevPAR of $54.81. Across the state, April 2024's ADR of $119.03 landed $5.08 higher than April 2023's ADR of $113.95.
