April 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In April 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 47.9%, 16.7% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 64.6%, and 2.4% lower than the state's occupancy rate in April 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 65.2%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis South Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 62.2%.

In April 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $56.66, $3.25 lower than April 2024's RevPAR of $59.91. Across the state, April 2025's ADR of $118.36 landed $0.75 lower than April 2024's ADR of $119.11.
