August 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In August 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 65.2%, 0.9% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 66.1%, and 0.1% higher than the state's occupancy rate in August 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 78.0%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis South Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 73.7%.

In August 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $97.84, $1.19 higher than August 2024's RevPAR of $96.65. Across the state, August 2025's ADR of $150.03 landed $1.59 higher than August 2024's ADR of $148.44.
