August 2026 STR Report Summary*:
In August 2026, Minnesota's occupancy rate landed at 67.4%, a 0.6-percentage-point decrease compared to the state's occupancy rate of 68.0% in August 2025. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 76.2%, followed by the Minneapolis South Area at 73.3%.
Minnesota's statewide RevPAR landed at $100.12, marking a $1.58 increase over August 2025's RevPAR of $98.54. Across the state, August 2026's ADR of $148.54 finished $3.34 higher than August 2025's ADR of $145.20.
