In December 2023, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 42.7%, 9.9% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 52.6%. Duluth reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 50.7%. Following Duluth was Bloomington, which last month had an occupancy rate of 49.2%

In December 2023, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $52.65, $1.48 higher than December 2022's RevPAR of $51.17. December 2023's ADR of $121.60 landed $4.89 higher than December 2022's of $116.71.
