December 2024 STR Report Summary: 

In December 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 39.3%, 13.6% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 52.9%, and 2.4% lower than the state's occupancy rate in December 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 51.4%. Following Bloomington was the Duluth, which last month had an occupancy rate of 46.8%.

In December 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $48.26, $1.60 lower than December 2023's RevPAR of $49.86. Across the state, December 2024's ADR of $122.84 landed $3.20 higher than December 2023's ADR of $119.64.
