In February 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 43.4%, 15.5% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 58.9%. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 54.6%. Following Bloomington was Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 50.7%

In February 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $51.76, $1.21 lower than February 2023's RevPAR of $52.97. February 2024's ADR of $118.72 landed $2.46 higher than February 2023's of $116.26.
