February 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In February 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 43.0%, 15.7% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 58.7%, and 0.3% lower than the state's occupancy rate in February 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 58.4%. Following Bloomington was the Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 51.5%.

In February 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $54.02, $3.37 higher than February 2024's RevPAR of $50.65. Across the state, January 2025's ADR of $125.53 landed $8.53 higher than February 2024's ADR of $117.00.
