In January 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 40.5%, 11.4% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 51.9%. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 49.4%. Following Bloomington was Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 49.3%

In January 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $47.35, $2.32 lower than January 2023's RevPAR of $49.67. January 2024's ADR of $121.60 landed $3.28 higher than January 2023's of $113.28.
