January 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In January 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 39.6%, 12.9% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 52.5%, and 0.3% lower than the state's occupancy rate in January 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 49.4%. Following Bloomington was the Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 47.7%.

In January 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $47.44, $1.43 higher than January 2024's RevPAR of $46.01. Across the state, January 2025's ADR of $119.93 landed $4.70 higher than January 2024's ADR of $115.23.
