July 2024 STR Report Summary: 

In July 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 65.2%, 3.6% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 68.8%, and 1% lower than the state's occupancy rate in July 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 79.7%. Following Bloomington was the Duluth Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 71.9%

In July 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $96.25, $0.84 higher than July 2023's RevPAR of $95.41. Across the state, July 2024's ADR of $147.72 landed $3.58 higher than July 2023's ADR of $144.14.
