July 2026 STR Report Summary*: 

In July 2026, Minnesota’s occupancy rate reached 70.3%, which represents a 0.4% increase compared to the state's occupancy rate of 69.9% in July 2025. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 78.4%, followed by the Minneapolis South Area at 75.4%.

Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $106.74, marking a $3.71 increase over July 2025's RevPAR of $103.03. Across the state, July 2026's ADR of $151.74 finished $4.42 higher than July 2025's ADR of $147.32.
