June 2024 STR Report Summary:

In June 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 62.2%, 7.4% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 69.6%, and 2.9% lower than the state's occupancy rate in June 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 79.2%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis North Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 71.0%

In June 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $89.51, $0.45 lower than June 2023's RevPAR of $89.96. Across the state, June 2024's ADR of $143.90 landed $5.75 higher than June 2023's ADR of $138.15.
