June 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In June 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 63.4%, 5.1% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 68.5%, and 1.2% higher than the state's occupancy rate in June 2025. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 77.3%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis South Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 72.2%.

In June 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $91.95, $2.29 higher than June 2024's RevPAR of $89.66. Across the state, June 2025's ADR of $144.97 landed $0.79 higher than June 2024's ADR of $144.18.
