June 2026 STR Report Summary*: 

In June 2026, Minnesota’s occupancy rate climbed to 69.5%, which represents a 3.0% occupancy rate change year-over-year when compared to June 2025. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 77.1%, followed closely by the Minneapolis South Area at 76.3%.

Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $104.07, marking a 7.3% RevPAR change year-over-year when compared to June 2025. Across the state, June 2026's ADR of $149.65 landed a 4.2% ADR change year-over-year from June 2025.
