In March 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 46.4%, 19.6% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 66%. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 62.4%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis North Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 55.6%

In March 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $54.80, $1.34 lower than March 2023's RevPAR of $56.14. Across the state, March 2024's ADR of $118.01 landed $2.78 higher than March 2023's ADR of $115.23.
