March 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In March 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 43.5%, 20.1% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 63.6%, and 0.6% higher than the state's occupancy rate in March 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 66.3%. Following Bloomington was the Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 56.1%.

In March 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $51.12, $1.80 higher than 2024's RevPAR of $49.32. Across the state, March 2025's ADR of $117.52 landed $2.44 higher than March 2024's ADR of $117.52.
