May 2025 STR Report Summary: 

In May 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 54.5%, 10.8% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 65.3%, and 2.1% higher than the state's occupancy rate in May 2024. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 67.9%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis South Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 65.1%.

In May 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $69.71, $3.09 higher than May 2024's RevPAR of $66.62. Across the state, May 2025's ADR of $127.89 landed $0.64 higher than May 2024's ADR of $127.25.
