In November, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 47.5%, 10.9% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 58.4%. Bloomington hotels reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 53.8%. Following Bloomington were Rochester and Mankato, which last month had an occupancy rate of 52.3% and 52.2% respectively.

In November, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $57.09, just $0.33 (or -0.5%) lower than November 2022's RevPAR of $57.42. November 2023's ADR of $120.18 saw a percent change from November 2022 of 2.7%.
