November 2024 STR Report Summary: 

In November 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 44.2%, 14.3% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 58.5%, and 1.2% lower than the state's occupancy rate in November 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 55.6%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis Central Business District, which last month had an occupancy rate of 52.4%.

In November 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $52.70, $0.27 higher than November 2023's RevPAR of $52.43. Across the state, November 2024's ADR of $119.27 landed $3.69 higher than November 2023's ADR of $115.58.
