In October, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 60.5%, 5.3% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 65.8%. Mankato hotels reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 67.2%. Following Mankato was Bloomington, which last month had an occupancy rate of 65.7%.
 
In October, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $81.39, a percent change from October 2022 of 7.1%. October 2023's ADR of $134.49 also saw a percent change from October 2022 of 3.3%.
