October 2024 STR Report Summary: 

In October 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 59.4%, 7.9% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 67.3%, and 1.5% higher than the state's occupancy rate in October 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 69.1%. Following Bloomington was the Minneapolis Central Business District, which last month had an occupancy rate of 67.5%.

In October 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $80.60, $5.76 higher than October 2023's RevPAR of $74.82. Across the state, October 2024's ADR of $135.64 landed $6.36 higher than October 2023's ADR of $129.28.
