October 2025 STR Report Summary*:
In October 2025, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 58.3%, 7.5% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 65.8%, and 1.1% lower than the state's occupancy rate in October 2024. The Minneapolis Central Business District (CBD) reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 67.5%. Following Minneapolis CBD was Rochester, which last month had an occupancy rate of 65.7%.
In October 2025, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $81.10, $0.21 higher than October 2024's RevPAR of $80.89. Across the state, October 2025's ADR of $139.07 landed $2.95 higher than October 2024's ADR of $136.12.
