
STR Report Summary - September 2023
In September, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 66%, just 0.2% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 66.2%. Bloomington hotels reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 72.2%. Following Bloomington was Duluth, which last month had an occupancy rate of 71.6%.
In September, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $91.48, a percent change from September 2022 of 9.2%. September 2023's ADR of $138.69 also saw a percent change from September 2022 of 6%.
