September 2024 STR Report Summary: 

In September 2024, Minnesota’s occupancy rate landed at 59.5%, 5.1% lower than the overall U.S. occupancy rate of 64.6%, and 3.3% lower than the state's occupancy rate in September 2023. Bloomington reported the highest occupancy rate in the state at 72.3%. Following Bloomington was Duluth Area, which last month had an occupancy rate of 70.4%.

In September 2024, Minnesota’s statewide RevPAR landed at $81.95, $4.46 lower than September 2023's RevPAR of $86.41. Across the state, September 2024's ADR of $137.79 landed $0.25 higher than September 2023's ADR of $137.54.
