Minneapolis, MN – August 25, 2025 - Hospitality Minnesota is excited to announce Alison Arth and Kimberly Belle of Salt & Roe, as speakers at the 2025 Hospitality Conference. The conference is set to take place from October 5-7, 2025, at the Greysolon Ballroom in Duluth, Minnesota.
ABOUT ALISON:
Alison Arth founded Salt & Roe in 2014. She is a coach, speaker, and author dedicated to helping restaurant people break-out of the burnout of leading in the restaurant profession by crafting clear visions for their lives and businesses that are grounded in meaningful purpose. Alison's resume includes every rung of the leadership ladder from barista to GM to Director of Operations for restaurants ranging from the Michelin stars of Chef Daniel Boulud's empire to local restaurant groups, mom 'n pops and JBA winners aplenty.
ABOUT KIMBERLY:
Kimberly Belle is a partner at Salt & Roe, where she provides life coaching and leadership training to support restaurant people in developing careers and concepts that meaningfully contribute to our communities and make our industry more sane. Kimberly previously worked as Co-owner and Executive Chef at her NYC-based catering company, The Dinner Belle, before moving on to become a hospitality executive charged with developing the F&B programs at both Restoration Hardware and Crate & Barrel.
