Hospitality Minnesota is excited to partner with HRFoodSafe, the country's leader in Food Protection Certification training, to provide Minnesota's hospitality professionals all over the state with access to in-person ServSafe classes throughout 2024.

• This partnership is significant as it equips Minnesota's hospitality professionals with essential food safety skills, ensuring safer dining experiences statewide and fostering industry confidence. 

Starting in May, Hospitality Minnesota will host 40 ServSafe courses in the Twin Cities metro area as well as in Greater Minnesota. Those interested in gaining ServSafe certification can learn more about class instructors, locations, dates, and more here.
